Holistic Massage Experience, located at 711 East Lincoln Way in Ames, is your gateway to a wonderful, calming, massage experience. For less than the cost of a daily coffee you can REBOOT your mind, body, and soul monthly!

  • If you are experiencing a fever, chills, or cough, please reschedule.
  • Those missing appointments with no advance notice will have $25 added to their following session.
  • NEW CLIENTS: Please arrive 15 minutes before session start time, or the time required to fill out an intake form will occur during your paid session.

  • Therapeutic Massage: 1 hour $110 - 90 minutes $140 - 2 hours $200
  • ​Hot Stone Massage: 1 hour $125 - 90 minutes $160 - 2 hours $220
  • Sports Massage: 90 minutes $155
  • Reiki 1 Practitioner: 1 hour (with pulsing and rebalancing) $80
  • Massage and Reiki: 1 hour (30 min. each) $90
  • Pulsing and Rebalancing Therapy: $75 / hour
  • Oracle Card Readings: $65 / hour
  • Crystal Therapy and Massage: $90 / hour​

​Sound Bath Participant Waiver & Release
1. Nature of the Experience - I understand that a Sound Bath involves exposure to high-volume sound frequencies and vibrations produced by instruments including, but not limited to, crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and Himalayan bowls.
2. Physical & Emotional Responses - I acknowledge that the vibrations and frequencies of a sound bath may cause various physical and emotional sensations. I understand that common, though infrequent, side effects may include:
  • Dizziness or Lightheadedness / Nausea or Gastrointestinal discomfort / Headaches / Emotional release (crying, anxiety, or vivid dreaming) / Temporary fatigue
3. Assumption of Risk - I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the session. I agree that Holistic Massage Experience is not responsible for any physical or psychological discomfort or injury that may arise during or after the experience.
4. Health Declarations - I confirm that I have consulted with a physician if I have any of the following contraindications:
  • Pregnancy (specifically in the first trimester) / Sound-induced epilepsy or a history of seizures / Cardiac Pacemakers or other metal implants/stents / ​Severe Mental Health Disorders (e.g., psychosis)
5. Release of Liability - I hereby release, waive, and discharge Holistic Massage Experience from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to my participation in this event.
